冷膠多功能覆膜機(jī)
用途及性能：
本機(jī)是將①定長片材木材②實(shí)木卷筒木皮③PVC裝飾膜④合成裝飾紙與裝飾線條、型材粘貼在一起的覆膜機(jī)。
本機(jī)具有溶劑型膠水、乳白膠水及熱熔膠兩套涂布裝置，特別可使定長片材木皮進(jìn)行連續(xù)的機(jī)械化生產(chǎn)。
本機(jī)主體使用上等槽鋼焊接，經(jīng)時(shí)效處理后，可保證整個(gè)主體的加工精度，配以精工齒輪組合、同軸無間隙傳動系統(tǒng)，確保了輸送系統(tǒng)的同步、平穩(wěn)、連續(xù)。電機(jī)采用無極調(diào)速，確保了輸送系統(tǒng)熱輥轉(zhuǎn)速同步。加熱膠箱部分配以上下雙加熱系統(tǒng)，化膠快，供膠及時(shí)?；娜娉龎m，預(yù)加熱，卷材的雙放料機(jī)構(gòu)，尤其是電磁粉張力煞車機(jī)構(gòu)，確保了貼膜效果十分理想。本機(jī)結(jié)構(gòu)合理，操作方便，自動化程度高，一機(jī)多用。
Purpose and performance:
This sheeting  machine is used to stick wood sheet,PVC decorative sheet,symthetic decorative paper together with decorative strips and pattern materials.
This machine is equipped with a double coating  device that can usr solvent glue,hot glue,etc.and is capable of comtinuous production of wooden sheets.
The machine is characterized by dust removal,pre-heating,double coating system,heat printing ,special forming trough as well as reliable side collecting device ,double  unfolding system,double speed adjustment system.As a result,this machine is well structured,nice-looking ,easy for operation,highly automatic adb multi-functional.
